True, these instances are a needle in a haystack, but hey, there is a chance.

Yahoo Answers is probably one of the most renowned such websites. Although many of the questions are truly mind-altering stupid, you can easily find more than a few queries worth writing down.
Quora is another such website where, fortunately, the community has much better knowledge and answering culture.
